1. Who is the data controller?
The data controller is EDGEAI SYSTÈMES, 16 cours du Danube, 77700 Serris, France (hereinafter “we”). For any question relating to your personal data, write to us at contact@edgeai-systemes.com.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not mandatory for our activity; the address above is your single point of contact.
2. What data do we process?
- Contact form: name, business email address, organisation, job title, country, telephone (optional), areas of interest, team size, message, page language, as well as the date and proof of your consent.
- Email exchanges: the content of our correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamp, recorded in the hosting provider’s logs for website security.
- Preferences: your cookie and language choices, stored on your device.
We do not collect special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. Please do not include any in your message.
3. Why, and on what legal basis?

We do not sell your data, do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent, and do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who has access to your data?
Only the members of our team responsible for handling requests have access to it. We use the following processors, bound by a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ireland) — hosting of the website and database, in the European Union region (Belgium).
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — audience measurement with Google Analytics, only if you accept it. Pseudonymised data, kept for 14 months at most.
- OVH SAS (France) — business email: receipt of notifications and email exchanges, hosted in the European Union.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is stored in the European Union. As some of our service providers belong to groups established outside the EU, access from a third country cannot be entirely ruled out (for example for technical support). In such cases, the transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long do we keep your data?

7. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights:
- right of access, rectification and erasure of your data;
- right to restriction of processing and right to object;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal;
- right to give instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@edgeai-systemes.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity if there is reasonable doubt.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — https://www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
8. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is restricted to authorised persons and protected by authentication, and no third-party service (fonts, scripts, advertising) is loaded without your consent.
